Moving break
Once a week, the “Bewegte Pause” offers the opportunity to interrupt your working day for 20 minutes and treat yourself to a short holistic breather and relaxation break. If you are unable to take part in real time, we offer a platform from past Bewegte Pausen here.
The “Bewegte Pausen” – a health-oriented short programme of mobilisation, exercise and relaxation – are announced in advance by email. They are aimed at anyone who is looking for an active balance to their everyday working life (e.g. office and desk work, physically demanding activities).

University sports
Students in general and graduates who are members of AlumniNet can also take part in virtual university sports programmes.
Please note: No virtual sports courses are offered in the summer semester. We will publish the programme for the virtual courses in the winter semester here as soon as it has been published.
